How to customize UBE report R04572?

Hello All:

I am trying to customize the UBE program R04572. We want to print our checks on pre-printed checks therefore we want to remove certain information on the template that comes with JD Edwards such as our company name because the checks have already this information. We also want to add a second stub section to the template this way we our account people can keep for their records after printing and sending the checks to the suppliers.
