How to Finally close the employee

Hi All,

I just want to know how to finally close the employee in Oracle HR. Actually in my organization plenty of hiring and firing has been done now there is about 2000 of employee is terminated but my manager asked all these employee is finally closed from the system or not so i totally confused because i only know the termination is the last stage of the employee but is there any status for finally closed employee... Please advice how can i do this for terminate employee.
