Cannot load ebs java form

Dear all,

i cannot open EBS java form. i have a new PC with 64bit windows 7 system and internet explorer 11.

if i want to acces ebs form, new page was occur. screen capture below :

i follow the instructions but the result still same. every time i want acces EBS java form, same new page was occur but the EBS java form still not show.
