Unable to Close Inventory periods for An organisation

HI All,

I am trying to close the inventory period for an organisation but i am unable to do so. At the time of close the error says "There are some unshipped transactions", i have attached the transactions that were having issues.

I have tried Metalink note doc which shows how to ship these transactions but it doesnot work.

Metalink note -
Shipping Exception 'Latest Dates are Lesser than Earlier Dates' (Doc ID
339363.1).

None of this help. could you please advise on the resolution.
