Viewing Source Environment Concurrent Outputs for PDF/RTF Formats

We migrated our EBS environment from one datacenter to another over the weekend. As a part of migration we had to copy the concurrent request logs/output from source environment to target following MOS note 1065025.6. However, the concurrent requests which have output in PDF/RTF fails to open in the target environment with below error message. For the same request the log files open fine.

An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_MGAIOFD01P. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_MGAIOFD01P may not be running. Please contact your system administrator.
