Cost and /or Conversion rates are missing for some resources

Guys,

I have created a workplan in project management in USD. My Functional currency is MVR. I have published the Workplan. Entered an Actual transaction against it and then ran the sumarization reports necessary for capturing the data from source modules to project management's workplan. Now when i open the current working plan version and there it asks me to apply latest progress to current working version, when i do this my entire workplan mess up. It gives an error right below the Amount as Cost and /or Conversion rates are missing for some resources however rates defined in the system
