drilldown button of Account inquiry is not working well.

when user  go to GL superuser -> Inquiry -> Account -> Input month and account details-> Click on show balances -> Click on Journal Details -> Select the line starting with Payables for Batch and click on drilldown, then a pop up screen wil appear with the journal entry lines. This function is not working, there is no data being populated in this journal entry lines pop up screen.

I defined two ledgers, one has the issue the other do not have.

Any setup issue or user behavior caused the issue?
