PR can reserve the funds but autocreate through approve PO can't reserve the funds.

Hi

     I got the issue about fund reserving on PR/PO.  So PR can be passed to reserve the fund but autocreate through approve PO reserve failed the funds.  The result message on "View Results" show "This transaction does not reduce fund available" on PR section.  (Please see in the attached file)

    What is cause of this issued?
