oracle self service ebilling 6.2 dummy payment gateway integration details needed

On oracle self service ebilling 6.2, I would like to use a dummy payment gateway for payment transactions, from oracle self service document I understood that I have to implement a custom cartridge. As per the oracle documents code to demonstrate implementation is there in /vobs/payment/com/edocs/payment/cassette/demo directory. So,anyone please help me to locate this directory.
