Inventory AP Accrual not reconcile with GL

Dear all,

My inventory account ( Inventory AP Accrual Account) do not balance with the amount in Gl.

Also all accounts related to inventory like material overhead, inter-org receivable, receiving Inventory, average cost variance, inter-org payable, clearing account.

the above accounts do not balance with the gl amount.

Kindly advise and if possible some script to balance these accounts.
