Encountering error message when trying to enter operating unit details "'THIS OPERATING UNIT IS PART

Hi All,

Encountering an error message while trying to enter Operating Unit details at organization screen. Metalink bug (6500757) suggests applying patch 6500757, but the pls file provided by the patch is lower than what we have. Moreover, the bug already is resolved as an inclusive in our current system.

Please suggest any work around or solution if available.
