Unsynchronized Embedded Worksheet

Hi Gurus,

I have created two worksheets a) Main "Topps : Stop Item Forecast by Item & Territory Broker" b) Embedded Worksheets "Topps:  Stop Item Forecast – Embedded".

Also I added the

I am getting un-synchronized error in the embedded worksheet. (Please refer page 6 in my enclosed document).
