Employee Resources not appearing in Assignee Filed - CRM Field Service Tasks

Oracle Apps 12.1.2:

I have added an employee in field service dispatcher group. But user is not appearing in assignee field in CRM Field service task's window. like wise I have added another user in same group, it showing without any issue. Could you please help me out to resolve this issue.
