How to retain PO Accrual and Variance account, once generated by account generator workflow?

How can we retain PO Accrual Account and PO Variance Account, once generated by Workflow Account Generator? 
When a PO is approved and later user decides to change the Location/Deliver-To Location for Shipping and Delivery, this retains “PO Charge Account” but wipes out PO Accrual and PO Variance Account. If the user does not click on ‘Distribution’ tab, system allows user to submit the PO for re-approval without having PO Accrual and Variance account. Please find attachment for the Buyer Work Center snapshot.
