Siebel BI Publisher report generation time is not consistent.

Hi All,

We are using BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 integrated with Siebel and reports are multilingual(Korean.). Report generation time is not consistent across the reports.. When generating the report from Siebel application, some time its taking 8 seconds to generate report. And if we generate the same report with same data again after some time(3 hrs), its taking around 40 secs.

In XMLP server component log found the below error.

"(dmsessionlocale.cpp (586)) SBL-DAT-00589: An error occurred while attempting to set the language to 'KOR' ('KOR') for the session.  See additional error messages for more information."

I am not sure what is the issue. please provide your inputs on this.
