Processing messages on Order Organizer

Hi this is on 11i and r12.

When we book an order, Oracle displays a processing messages window and displays an array of messages. Is there a way to control those messages or make some messages not show up?  In our setup, some messages are highly technical in nature and end business user does not understand and it means nothing to them. Hence, we would like to suppress such messages from showing up on processing messages window.

Please advise.
