Host program does not receive concurrent program parameters

A host Concurrent Program that Passes Parameters To The Shell Script fails to receive any parameter. I have unlinked, removed but nothing works.  Any help? I have verified document "How To Create A Custom Concurrent Program With Host Method and Pass Parameters To The Shell Script ". Every step has been followed.
