Causal and Seasonality
Hi all,
I have a low volume item that when it gets on promotion it sells a lot of units. (eg, from 5 units per day to more than 100). When I am forecasting, if my baseline gets higher (because of seasonality) the promotional factor will be applied on a much higher baseline making my promotional peak very very high.
With strategies you think can be used to deal with these behaviours?
