ARXRWRCT.fmx and ARXRWMAI.fmx will not generate during patch 18999775

Hello,

These two forms will not generate while applying patch 18999775. I've tried to reapply patch, regenerate using adadmin, regenerate by command line. Error files attached.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar      forms/US        ARXRWRCT.fmx
ar      forms/US        ARXRWMAI.fmx
