How to Define Formula Depreciation Method

Hi,

We have requirement to build Depreciation Method for our client. It is as follows.

(NBV/300) *1.5

I cant think achieving this by formula. When i try to create, it does not give me option to select NBV there. Can you please help me in creating this Depreciation Method.
