Using Communication Types in ICD

Hi All

I am aware that you can associate a Communication Type with an ICD Plan/Plan Type so that instructional text specific to that plan/plan type can be displayed in self service when a manager or employee has selected that item.

So far I have been unable to get it to work and I am wondering if it is because I have the incorrect Short-Name associated with the communication type. Does anyone know what shortnames you should use for ICD?
