How can we show newly added SIT record on the top of others in SIT SS page ?

When user go to SIT self service function - >  click on add button and enter all the details and click on next button -> now the newly added record appears at last. If user has 30-40 records, then they are getting confused whether their record exist in system or not.

Please note we have approval configured for the SIT process.
