Server impact when network switch upgrade

Hi,

We have many Solaris 10 stand alone serves and SUN cluster servers. Our network is going to upgrade the IOS of their CISCO switches. During the upgrade, the switches would not be available for a period of time for around 30mins to 1 hour.

Please advise what would happen the the servers both stand alone and cluster when the switches are not aviailable? What is required to prepare or action as an SA in this case?
