E900_TR9.1.3.1 can P0101Z view corrupted flat file ?

hi, a flat file called newaddressbook.txt was containing some  invalid characters when in the process of copy and paste from excel into the flat file and then made the upload /validate batch failed R0101z..

wondering can P0101z able to view the F0101z 's corrupted record or identify why it failed ?

pls advise....
