Calendar Validation report completes in error.

Dear All,

I defined the periods for the GL Calendar. The Calendar comprises of 13 periods. (12Monthly+1 Adjusting). The Calendar Validation report completes in an error(RED). Below is the Log file for the Calendar Validation report.  Any help is highly appreciated
