FRM-40654 Record Has Been Updated. Requery Block To See Change: (PO Form)

Hello Gurus,

I am getting below error while updating the Line price of the PO once autocreated from PR.

"FRM-40654 Record Has Been Updated. Requery Block To See Change"

If anybody came across this error kindly help me to resolve this. Do i need to apply any Patch by chance.

Oracle version: 12.1.3
