Amending Projects

Hi

I know we can tell when a project was last updated from the History but is there a definitive way of finding out exactly when a certain field was updated?

For instance we have a project that had its VAT Recovery rule DFF amended in Feb 2014 and now it looks like it was changed back again and we would like to find out when this occurred and by who?
