How to Setup Timeout functionality in AME for PO in R12

Hi,

I am looking for solution for setting up time out functionality for PO

"If no action is taken by an approver, a reminder notification will be sent to the approver on the 2nd day. A second reminder will be sent out on the 3rd day and 4th day the notification will be escalated to the Approvers Immediate Supervisor."

We want to done this from AME without touching the workflows. Please suggest the steps if its possible.
