Does every line fields in WEB ADI format appeares in journals Window?

We have developed a  New WEB ADI layout to upload journals to EBS. But some important fields appeared in layout has not shown in the journal form. is there any possibility to make visible such fields in journal form.

Please help me to find a solution on this matter.
