Oracle Retail Allocation Login Error

I had done a fresh Installation for Oracle Retail Allocation and after the application is installed successfully I am getting the below error while trying to access the login page.

Error 500--Internal Server Error


From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Please suggest.
