How to make 'Enter quality results form as read only in quality management.

Hi ,

We have a requirement to make a quality responsibility as read only with only one menu 'Results' and Enter Quality Results function.We have created a new function with QUERY_ONLY ='YES' parameter and assigned to new menu of the Inquiry responsibility.
