Solaris 11.2 spurious messages (dmesg) regarding dhcpagent / dhcp_acknak_global

I get the following messages in dmesg

Nov 26 08:19:08 <hostname> /sbin/dhcpagent[27752]: [ID 216118 daemon.warning] dhcp_acknak_global: received v4 ACK packet on ifindex 2 with xid of 0 - discarding

Nov 26 08:38:18 <hostname> last message repeated 1 time

I don't personally use dhcp and this message occurs on all 11.2 installs.  I'm am not sure what this message actually means and it does not cause any disruption of service.

Please advise of any additional information I should provide.
