Static PickList Constrain workaround

Hi All,

Are there any workaround for the requirement below:

I have three custom fields (Field1, Field2, Field3) which have same PickList(Static;Bounded) on all three fields. The PickList has three values 'Tom' , 'Jerry' & 'Mouse'

When user selects say value 'Tom' from field 1, Field 2/ Field 3 must show only 'Jerry' & 'Mouse'  and if user selects Field 2 and has a value 'Jerry' then Field 3 must have only 'Mouse'.

This behaviour must work on any combination.

Please let me know if I have explained clearly or let me know with your questions.
