Outline set up in Oracle to compile demand history at the Product Family model level.

At the moment when we generate a Focus Forecast the forecast  is returned at 0, because there is no demand history connected to the Product Family.

When we generate forecast for the items assigned to the product family it returns correct data, but we need to forecast at product family level, and therefore we need somehow to compile demand history to the product family.
