Data Access set for Management Segment

Hi All,

Is Data Access set working on Sub-Ledger Level ? I want that transactions will not show in AP and AR on the basis of Data access set ? I have enable "Management segment" qualifier. My COA have 4 Segments. Company(Balancing Segment), Cost Center (Cost center and Management Segment), Account (Natural account) and Future.
