Cannot load application after patching

We are getting this error when loading app in HFM.

--------------01----------------------------------------------

An error occurred processing the result from the server. Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'hfmadf.application'.

--------------02----------------------------------------------

Required application module hfmadf.application is not configured.


It happens everytime after patching activity. services were started right after patching but we are getting errors the following day and will get resolved after services are restarted again.... what can be the cause of this issue?
