We have a Business scenario for which I would like to seek guidance.
We require cars which we take it on rent for which we issue a Single purchase orders for 2 years.
The monthly usage is by different departments as well as projects personnel. We have job cost implemented for projects.
Monthly usage is not fixed. which means when we raise the purchase order we do not have the picture how many months the different departments will be using it and for how many months the projects will be using it.
The issue is when in different months we have to do the receipts the cost should be allocated to these different departments or projects as per the usage.
