Oracle.exe shows high CPU Utilisation

Customer Problem Description --------------------------------------------------- Problem Summary --------------------------------------------------- High CPU Utilization of 96% of Oracle.Exe, hence Application is very Slow. Problem Description --------------------------------------------------- We have a Database and an Application Server. Recently since 1 month, the Application is running at very low speed, that Users have to wait for 10 minutes for a Screen to refresh. Application gets hanged also and sometimes transactions have to be repeated. We approached our third party Software Development team, then they increased the TableSpaces. This solved the problem of saving transactions. But the Speed of the Application is still extremely slow and we have Branches Pan India. We checked the Connectivity and there is no Bandwidth Issue.
