Sales Order Line status Pending Internal Approval

We have an issue about the sales order line status. There we are using the Sales order approval in the sales order, once we create the quote

and submit draft it goes into internal approval with only one person after it we customer accept the acceptance and then we are able to book the Sales Order. But the problem is that the app-rover has approved the Sales Oder but yet the Status is in the pending internal approval.

So kindly view my document and suggest me what is going on and how we can resolve this issue?
