How to Setup Timeout functionality in AME for Requisition and PO in R12

Hi,

I am looking for solution for setting up time out functionality for PO

"If no action is taken by an approver, a reminder notification will be sent to the approver on the 2nd day. A second reminder will be sent out on the 3rd day and 4th day the notification will be escalated to the Approvers Immediate Supervisor."

I want it to be done using AME without touching the workflows. Please suggest the steps if its possible.
