Enhanced ICD Questions

Hi

I am trying to setup ICD and have been searching for some documentation which specifically covers the following:

* How to control which input values from an element that you want to display?

* How to apply validation to the input values i.e. defaults

* Setting up Communication types per element / plan type - i.e. what region name should be referenced

* How to setup additional DFF segments per element for the capture of other additional information

* Is there any way to control the start date of any change to be the start date of the next month?
