Siebel Loyalty Interactive Engine Information

Hi All,

We have upgraded from Siebel 7.8.2  to 8.1.1.11  and we would like to leverage Siebel Loyalty Interactive Engine, to process our transactions (Accruals, Redemption, etc) to provide better customer experience.

From LoyAdmin book shelf we could get very minimal details on this Engine functionality, same as well in oracle support web site. We do have good articles on Batch Engine and Real Time Engine, but not on this new Engine.

Could any one of you provide technical and functional details on this Interactive Engine? How this works, how it gets invoked, how it will be used and how scalable it is.
