Error: Mandatory Parameter 'Application Id' missing.

Hello experts and analytics,

The system does not allow to change something in DFF on Payment form.

We got the error 40212.

FND log shows <IBY_DISBURSEMENT_COMP_PUB.Get_Applicable_Payment_Method : Error: Mandatory Parameter 'Application Id' missing.> and <IBY_DISBURSEMENT_COMP_PUB.Get_Applicable_Payment_Method : ERROR: Exception occured during call to API>.

The error occurs in Russian interface ONLY!!
