JDE Application/Report Versions design getting autoclosed (Screen blinks without giving any error)

Hi,

We have been using JDE 9.1 latest tools release. Today I am facing issue when I tried to open Processing Option prompt using OMW design button.

Same thing works fine on rest 2 fat clients as well as on same fat client if I login from different environment.

I am following below steps:

Open OMW from DV.

Select Application/Version (eg. P91300|DVDV001) or Report Version (R98403|DVDV001)

Press Design button.

After doing this I am not getting any error but the screen only opens for a second and gets closed.

Not sure which settings got changed in which file causing the issue.
