After add ‘workflow policy component col’ in ‘workflow policy object’，still can't choose that in cl

Hi, i need help this.

I found my column not exist in workflow policy object, so i open siebel tools added it,after compile it, i still can't choose my column, any  encountered same condition ?

any one answer me? plz .
