There are still an awful lot of SRs open on this issue, and for the most part they have been resolved.
If you logged one, could you please check to see if you still need it open?
I spent pretty much all of yesterday checking through the still large number of these that I own and making requests to close (the team I work in has to go through an exception process to close an SR without customer approval), and I know that other engineers also still hold a lot of these calls.
