Popup to install SiebelAx_Prodselection.cab on using OPEN UI in IE11

Hi,

          We are getting an popup to install SiebelAx_Prodselection.cab file while navigating to Order screen in IE11 Open UI application (8.1.1.11). User dont have required rights to install the file and he getting confused to proceed further. Please find the below screenshot for the same and please suggest how to resolve this issue.
