Hi Experts

on EBS R11.5.10.2 environment. (Signal Node)

when apply patch 5014084

we encounter the following error.

FAILED: file IGSPE3891274.sql on worker  1.

check the worker log

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @EBS/src111/appl/igs/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/IGSPE3891274.sql
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20100: Unhandled error while executing IGSPE3891274.sql. Error is :
ORA-20100: File o0330591.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed.
You will find more information on the cause of the error in request log.
ORA-06512: at line 57
