Main billing Program did not pick the reading of the usage lines

Hello,

I can see there are lots of notes related to this issue.

But we have quite different issue.

One of our contract US000000001301CONV which has 3 usage lines.

One line has been picked by MB program with correct value but other two left with 0 amount.

1) Provide the details, including the navigation path, on how to consistently reproduce the issue.

Service Contract# US000000001301CONV

Usage line# 14 & 16

Counter Reading = 702

Reading Date = 31-Dec-2014

Billing Period = 1-Oct-2014 to 31-Oct-2014

Interface Date = 1-Nov-2014

This contract has 3 different usage lines and the main billing program capture only one usage line value.

Others are showing zero.
