Strange characters in comments

in Agile (MOSC) Question

Hi,

in the emails sent after a comment I have all the "è" or "é" chars converted into "&egrave" "&eacute" or something like that. That happens with other "special" chars too.

How can I set the program to write them in the same way I put them in?
